Ruining credit records as if it's cool!
, a Cell C forensics complaints officer. It was confirmed that this was not me who opened it and I was told the contract has been canceled. I check my credit record regularly and this morning I see the account is now listed under my name as "handed over" What the hell Cell C. Is damaging someone's good credit part of your strategy??? Can you not do your jobs properly???

21 Dec 2021, 13:36So this year someone **********ly opened 3 cellphone contracts under my name with Cell C
I realised when the R1000 debit order went off my account. I reversed the debit order, went to the police station and got an affadavit confirming it wasn't me. Sent it through to Onkarabetse, a Cell C forensics complaints officer. It was confirmed that this was not me who opened it and I was told the contract has been canceled.
I check my credit record regularly and this morning I see the account is now listed under my name as "handed over"
What the hell Cell C. Is damaging someone's good credit part of your strategy???
Can you not do your jobs properly???
