RUING MY LIFE !!!!
I paid up my cell c contract last year April payments are attached and I need to close and cancel my account, I am not sure as to why my number still appears as a hot line and not paid up
It is appearing on ITC / credit bureau that I still owe or paying Cell C and it is affecting my profile .
Kindly investigate the matter and provide me with a clearance/ a paid up letter please .
