Rudest Telesales Agent
<p>I get contacted by so many telesales consultants on a daily basis that most of the time I don't have time to listen to what they have to say. But, today when a telesales agent from Cell C phoned me to tell me about the current promotion that Cell C is running I was very interested, since I am currenlty in the market for a new contract. To my disappointment, the sales agent was so rude and put down the phone while I was still speaking. Thanks for convincing me not to move from my current service provider and making me appreciate the great service I am currently getting. </p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent was not professional and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the telesales manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
