RUDEST CLIENT SERVICE FROM CELL C

I had the worst experience from the CELL C call center this morning. On my 4th consultant who is by the name Nontobeko, she was the most RUDEST consultant.

I have been with CELL C for more than 10 years and I had never had this type of stinking attitude. You can check the recording , on 21 October at around about 09:05.

Yes , the first 3 consultant tried their best, but no attitude, they were nice.

I asked her to apologies for her rudeness. She flatly refused saying that she was not going to do that as she felt that she was not rude.
