Rudest Call Centre Agent I have ever spoken to - Zifile
I cannot believe the kind of service I just received from Cell C. I have been with them for many years and to be treated the way I was just treated by someone you pay so much money to every month really makes me reconsider the contract I have with them The consultant was so rude, losing her patience with me, yearning in my ear while speaking to me, answering the call with no enthusiasm to assist, I truly do not believe that someone like this should sit in a call center position dealing with clients I am so upset - and I need to upgrade my contract with them in less then a month. Not sure yet if I will do that though

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
