rudeness toward customer
Hi received a call concerning a product called GET MORE from Cell C, however the agent was not polite towards me after i told her i am not interested over 3 times on the call plus i explained my situation towards not taking the product and very rudely Roxanne drops the call on me.If this is the way Cell C treats valued customers then i rather have nothing to do with Cell C.
