Rudeness/Not helpful/Bad service

Wanted to change service providers as Cell C does not offer nearly as good a contract deal as MTN. Asked why I wanted to cancel the contract. I rep**** that none of the 7 Cell C stores I have contacted have stock of the Iphone 6 - not even the West Gate branch that is a supply center. After conversation the rudeness of the consultant was of such nature that I once again had to explain why I wanted to cancel my contract with Cell C. The reply was that the cancellations department only work on Mondays to Fridays. This after I have been taken through security just to be told that no one can assist met today. I was dealt with as a ******** when I am sure that as a consumer, I have the choice of who I want to be providing me with a service. Highly disappointed to leave Cell C but without stock and a match of the MTN offer, no wonder why I want to leave - and be it as quickly as possible. Further: Friday was a public holiday and seeing that they work only on Monday to Fridays - they will surely not make me leave/cancel with effect 31 May. BAD, BAD feeling!
