Rudeness
At 11:40 on the 3/11/15, I was phoned by a Cell C agent who was telling me about changes in their contracts. I couldn't understand what she was saying as she was speaking so quickly, but she ignored my requests to wait & just carried on talking. When i eventually got her to stop, she was extremely rude, & subsequently disconnected the call. Not only was she very bad mannered, but also aggressive. I have never been spoken to like that by a supplier before.
