Rude unprofessional store employees

On the 8th of February on a friday i was at your store to buy a sim card. The trading hours clearly state that doors should be open at 9 but employees were dancing and taking pictures of on another, they eventually opened the stored at 9:05...all the employees werent looking to assist and i eventually told one of the guys im already late for work is he gonna assist me in buying a sim card. He rudely responded by saying that the computes are still booting up and I should wait...when the computers eventually came on I gave him R10 and he said go look for change coz we dont have change...he saw me waiting with the R10 while the computers were booting up while didnt he say there's no change instead of me waiting like an idiot. Completely unprofessional staff wont be heading to that store ever again
