Rude, unhelpful staff. Stupid displays

I was interested in buying the latest Samsung phone, and asked at the shop if i could look at one. The lady first told me they didn't have a demo, and then went to look at the back when another employee said there might be one at the back.<br> She came back with one with a big heavy security device attached. I asked if she could please remove it because the point of looking at the phone in the store was to feel the weight of the phone, and how it fits in my hand. She said she couldn't take it off and got very snippy when i asked a second time. I went to the Vodacom store afterwards and the same thing happened there and the lady was rude.<br> I then went to the Samsung store and they were very helpful and fetched one at the back that didn't have the device attached.
