Rude Team Leader

Aichah Nulocwe/ Veronica & Chantelle would not assist in resolving my billing enquiry even after giving the details they required. She is rude for a Team Leader and speakers over me when im making a point, how then is going to resolve my enquiry. Can someone else call me for a reaolution to the matter please... the Cap for the Contract is being exceeded monthly with no Valdo explanation. Price have increased from agreed monthly debit with no valid explanation... I still have a bad taste on my mouth Just thinking about Aichah service. Sies for a team leader you Black s****s man.
