Rude store manager

On 13/04/19 I visited the new Cell C store at Ferndale on Republic. The store was about to close when another customer and I walked in. I informed the sales consultant on what I wanted to purchase and he told me that he needed to ask the store manager first. The store manager told him that he cannot assist me as they are closed. I was shocked and told the store manager that it must be the worst service I have ever received and that I could not believe that they are not willing to assist me. The store manager who seemed very annoyed with me, asked me whether I am paying by cash or card, and I told her that I would take my business elsewhere and I informed her that I would write a complaint on the poor service I received. She then rambled off in vernacular while the sales consultant was very apologetically and politely let me out of the store.
