Rude staff, False Allegations

Good day. About a month ago I went to your Chatsworth Centre store to transfer about 4 Business contracts from the old Director onto my Name as I'm the legal member. I have not received any feedback. Today my husband went into the store and he was told that due to my bad credit record, they could not approve the transfer. I'd like proof that I personally have a bad credit record or that my company has a bad record I've just app**** for a home loan with no issues. I also tried to explain my situation to a lady called Sharlene Dorasamy at your Chatsworth branch and she was extremely rude. I'd like a written apology or will take my business elsewhere.
