Rude sales person

Today I received a call on my landline (which I never fill in on forms and is not registered in my name) from a guy named Mameli, he identified himself as calling from Cell C (the number was ***), I assumed it was to sell me something and wondered how he got the landline number. When I asked he gave some generic story and I told him he was talking ******* and I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that there were no managers available and he was in charge. I asked for the spelling of his name and he told me that I should know how to spell it. He then asked if there was anything he could help me with, my response was that he phoned me, he then shouted at me to stop wasting his time and hung up. I called customer services to complain and was told by a very bored sounding lady that there was no one I could speak to and I must just send an email, she couldn't remember the email address and I was told to look it up on the internet. Please don't send me a generic \we are sorry to hear about your unhappy experience"response. I would like to know where your company got the phone number from and I would like confirmation that all my details are removed from all databases."""
