Rude person putting the phone down in my ear!
I phoned the customer call center to pay my account up to date, the rude person asked me security questions, and the conversation went as follows " your answers are wrong, goodbye" and then puts the phone down.
Where in your life do you treat paying customers this way???? My contract is ending soon and I will NOT get another contract from you. Your service is disgusting to say the least. I probably won't even get a reply, because why should you bother? You couldn't care less about your customers. DISGRACE!
