Rude people

I bought 1.5gb plus 1.5gb data on my banking app R99. (Capitec) I always use my app. Did not receive my data. Money off my acc but not loaded. Phone customer care at Cell C. Very rude people working there. They want to tell me not to use my banking app to buy data. They logged a complain but someone will only attend to it in 48 hours. For R99 they want to give me 500mb. Thats *****ing my money. On my banking app it says 1.5gb day plus 1.5gb night R99. I want my data or money.
