Rude Neo Malaka from Cell C

I’ve never had much of an issue with Cell C call center agents until this morning , when I spoke to this ruuuude disgustingly *********** girl by the name of Neo Malala, firstly she did not have time sounded agitated from the minute she answered the phone . I don’t get how people like this deal with clients on a daily she clearly hates her job and has zero patience for people. I’m utterly dissatisfied with the level of service I received.
