Rude Manager and False information
On Tuesday the 15 December, I went to the Cell C store at SammyMarks in Pretoria. There was one gentleman working and I came in and waited. The manager came in and I asked him that I wanted a mobile router that is not network locked and he said not to worry because all their devices aren't locked and he said I must bring Proof of residence and ID copy. Few minutes later I returned with the requested docs. Again there was one gentleman helping the same customer, the manager and the other lady were busy eating (17:00) Then the gentleman helped me and the other lady in between. Then there was a problem with the data that I was suppose to receive, the manager rudley told me to go and return the following day(16 Dec) and I knew that they were not opening and I refused and told him to fix the issue, after that he said he will also come to the store where I work and cause a scene. He then told me that he will help me after 30 minutes. He went out and stood at the front of the store smoking. After he started another transaction and the sim card also had the same problem. He bought data and loaded it on the new sim card and he again rudely said to this team member that he must monitor the airtime so that if the promotion data pulls I must be tracked back and pay for the airtime. So I have been using the data since then and today the data depleted and I tried putting my Vodacom sim card and it seems that the device has been locked. I was not even issued with the receipt or terms and conditions because the manager was forced to do his job but not whole heartedly. I bought this device as I believed that I will be able to use my Vodacom sim card in it. I WANT TO RETURN IT AND MY MONEY BACK
