Rude *********** supervisor Lance

<p>I went purchase a Giga 200 data bundle advertised for R999 at Cell C N1 city. I was assisted by Marius who told me that no stock was available but offered me a similar product at R1002. I asked to speak to the manager, who was unavailable, but a supervisor Lance came. He the gave me the same answer as Marius, and I was not going to pay 3 Rand extra for the similar product. He was unhelpful and *********** and I even asked him if he was aware of the Cosumer Protector Act. He continued on his a same lame excuses telling me it's my opinion when I told him he is in contravention on the Act which is law. I tried to get him on air at Cape Talk radio to explain why he can't provide the product at the stipulated price, but he ran like a ***ard and would not answer the call. I have told him I will lay a formal charge with the Cosumer Protector Mr Searle, and Cape Talk radio will try and contact him again. His response was to call security to get me out of the store due to his own incompetence. Things got heated and bad words were exchanged. He needs to be disciplined and retrained. He is a liability to Cell C.</p>
