Rude employees and poor service
<p>I called to know why my phones are closed and you get rude cell c employees who don't care how the customers feel about the poor service! They can't inform you that you're in arrears R45 and on Monday I pay R2300 and always this company gives a us bad service and we must just smile and pay for the poor service and *********** employees that don't know how to speak to customers who take their frustrations to the customers who don't know how to treat a customer</p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agents did not offer the service as expected. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
This will be addressed with the call centre manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
