Rude employee

After numerous events of struggling with my son’s cell c sim card which every now and then would suddenly stop working for no particular reason, today was my third if not fourth time at a cell c store Port Elizabeth (The Bridge) to do a sim swap for the same sim card.

The only difference this time was the level of service received from one of ur employees Lucasta Williams. Let alone the fact that she was busy on her cellphone whilst “assisting” me, very passive to the questions i was asking in connection with the sim swap she showed no interest in assisting me with, as i was sitting in front of her concerned the tone of her voice kept going higher higher she was now speaking on top of my voice. Rude is an understatement and not only was she rude and shouting at me in front of her colleagues and other people at the store, she stood up banging her chair and told me she will not assist me.

I was and still disgusted that we have such people who are put in positions to assist other people with that type of attitude and behaviour, who think that it is okay to speak to a customer the way she spoke to me then how many other people is she speaking to in that manner n sees nothing wrong with it? Is that the type of customer service that cell c is bringing to their customers? It is totally unacceptable and is a disgrace as a result i have no desire to ever visit that store again ever!
