Rude Customer Service Agent!

I have a contract with Cell C, and have been a loyal customer for the last 7 years! I was appalled by the poor level of customer service received today during a call to customer service to sort out what should have been a fairly simple issue.

We found the call center agent to be rude, condescending, and sarcastic in her tone, effectively calling my wife a ****! I have always had good dealings with Cell C customer service, and I am shocked at the poor service we received this afternoon.

My wife who herself has worked in customer care was very upset at this interaction. I would really love a QA agent from Cell C to contact me to take this further.

I am very disappointed in this, as this shows that Cell C is becoming like many of their competitors who think that there is a place for rudeness when dealing with customers. Sies!!!
