25 Feb 2022, 15:51 I have a couple of numbers that I have linked on my app and I buy data for.I made a mistake when I was buying data bundle via the app and choosing the “pay by card” option. Normally I buy airtime and convert it to data. On the “pay by card” option there is where it shows “recent purchases” and there is a “buy again” option. I did not realise that the “recent purchase” was referring to ALL the card purchases and not only for the number I logged in with. I then choose the “buy again” option and it bought for the number I bought for recently. I only realised that now when I was going thoroughly at the app to try figuring out what could have happened to my money. Here are my findingsOn the 3rd of February, I bought data for *** that went well.On the 17th I was buying for ***, by mistake, I bought for *** again.I then 20th bought for *** and it went well.On the 22nd I was buying ***4 by mistake I bought for *** againI would like to ask for a refund on the purchase I made on the 17th for *** and on the 22nd for ***.

25 Feb 2022, 16:07To confirm, you're saying that you processed a payment through your bank card, instead of your airtime. There would have to be some confirmation, and authorization that you provide through your banking app, in order to approve the transaction.
Did you approve the transaction on the side of your banking app?

25 Feb 2022, 16:59I did everything accordingly, the authorization and everything. What I did wrong was I bought data for two numbers twice.
For *** I bought 100gigs on the 7 and again on the 17th, I am asking for a refund for the data I bought on the 17th. The reason is that both data will be expiring 10 days apart. For *** I bought 100gigs on the 20th and again on the 22nd, I am asking for a refund for the data I bought on the 22nd. The reason is that both data will be expiring 2 days apart.
All this happened because I am not yet used to this paying by card option.

27 Feb 2022, 15:44Is there a reason?
Why are you responding privately?
Will I get the same response even if I report this to ICASA?
