Rude Consultants, Poor Customer service
The service I received on 13/05/2019 from Bongiwe is the worst I've received from any Cell C Agent I've dealt with in the past 2 years. Her tone of voice and the way she simply put me on hold for over 2 minutes shows lack of professionalism. She was on a defensive streak and did not have any interest in what I had to say as a customer. I would appreciate it if someone more tolerant and patient from cell C could handle my matter.
