Rude consultants and Poor Service

Poor poor poor service from CellC, rude consultants, this business is sooo unprofessional with their management, I'm so ****ed with this people honestly. This company is still owing me a R300, and they refuse to pay me back, now I'm calling, they are telling me I did not pass security, mind you I've been with them for more than 6 years.
