Rude consultants
The consultants are rude, especially when they pick up the phone and drop or they place you on hold. They also don’t identify themselves as to who you are speaking to. Katlego who my mom just spoke to is so cold and callous, I’m pretty sure she was the one placing our calls on hold. This is for Worldwide Advisory Services

Katlego leaves you hold and won’t even say “apologies I’m still with you” it’s as though she wants you to get tired and hang up.
