Rude consultant over the phone

I was calling cell c customer care 084140 with assistance regarding a Sim swap for my damaged sim card I was transferred to contract sim swap department. I was assisted by a lady called Nokwande the way that lady was so rude and unruly towards me. The way she raised her voice you are more then welcome to listen to the recordings. I don't ever recall being spoken too like that. Then she had the gual to hang up on me I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service Nokwande showed if this is how you train your staff you will loose client tell. I'm really gone consider switching to another network I still haven't been assisted with a Sim swap
