Rude Consultant in store
I was at Cell C centurion Mall and was attended to by a very rude consultant (Her name is Mapule). She was speaking to me so loudly ****erally yelling) in front of other customers and when i asked her to reduce her volume and allow me too to talk she refused. i then requested to be assisted by another assistant who agreed to assist me. This consultant did not even have a name badge on, i had asked for her name to which she refused to provide her last name.
Her attitude and the way she carried herself was completely unprofessional and appalling to say the least.

It is disappointing to learn that the store representative did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
