Rude consultant by cell c who thinks customers are stupid

I was called by Lisiba Serope a consultant from Cell C who misled me by offering me month to month data sim contract from cell c, telling me that I will be able to share data to any other networks. I told the consultant that I am using MTN and I do not want a cell c contract as I don’t want to change network. Lisiba Serope told me that cell c is working with MTN and I will be able to share data to my MTN number. I asked him so many times if he is sure and he asured me that yes I will be able to share data on my MTN number.

I took the contract and when the sim card was delivered, I was not able to share data to my MTN number, I called cell c and asked why can’t I share data now and I was told that there is no such, I can only share data to a cell c number only. I immediately cancelled the contract. Cell C came and deducted R204 on my account and the contract was R149 a month, I called them and asked why they were deducting R204 on my account and I was told that it’s a test amount, I will get a refund the following month. I asked how am I going to get the refund because I have cancelled the contract?. Cell came again on my account and deducted R38, I called now and asked why are they deducting again?.

The rude consultant whom I do not recall his name, he just told me that its LOGIC, how can I ask for a contract of cell C and expect to share data to other service provider, I tried so many times to explain to him that it’s their consultant who misled me. His protecting the consultant telling me that this thing is LOGIC, meaning I am so stupid, I can’t use my brain. This consultant now treats me like an uneducated person who calls around asking for contracts not knowing how it works.

That consultant his rude, he thinks am so stupid and also that Lisiba Serope can play with other people by telling lies, recruiting customers in a wrong way just to get money for sales. I hate Cell C for treating me like a stupid person and coming back to my account to deduct money, while they know very well that the contract has been cancelled. Cell C is the bad service provider, with consultant who thinks customers are stupid when they offer these contract to them
