Rude Cell c customer care agents

So I called the call center customer care to find out why my line was suspended and the call center agent Monique is her name was so aggressive for no reason. It was so bad she missed my question completely. There was absolutely no need for aggression because I am a customer and I have every right to find out what the problem is and if the problem is on my side gladly fix it. Cell c needs to train their customer service agents to be calm and listen. I wasn’t asking her to pay the phone for me so I don’t understand why she was aggressive like I took her money. I will be canceling all my contracts with cell c. Rude Customer care agents.
