Rude cell c consultant
Cell C consultants have nerve to be rude, one consultant just called me didn't even identify herself and have the nerve to speak rudely to me!
Please Cell C validate the internet connection that I'm being charged for, because I don't use the sim card in question and have not been using it since from last year.
Last year I have been paying R165, with no extra fees and that contract was still an open line, now all of a sudden I upgrade and still not using the sim card, but there are internet charges?
Please cell c consultant stop being rude and do what supposed to be done!! Validate those internet charges!!!!

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected. Apologies for the poor service.
