Rude cell c agents

I came across a very rude agent,not willing to assist yet ive been a customer for a very long time now,I've recently bought a router which had technical problems within 7days I brought it back to the shop and I was told it's gonna be communicated to me when it's back from repairs.i never got any kind of update until I decided to call them this rude agent told me il get an sms when it's back from repairs without her checking the system telling me she doesn't know why I haven't got any update.so since she couldn't help me i decided to call repairs to find out if it ever got there,they told me it's been credited.when i called her back to inform her so she acknowledges her mistake and apologise she was still rude decided to hang up on me
