Rude Cell C agent

<p>I am completely appauled by the level of disrespect that Cell C agents have. She called me asking to speak to me, doesn't even ask whether this would be a convenient time to speak, she then asks for my information without even introducing herself to me and then proceeds to telling me that I have been pre-approved for a cell c contract, she doesn't explain how this came about. Just to make things clear.... because when agents sell you something; at times they make it sound as if you've won what they're selling; so I ask her will I be the one paying for this everything month and she proceeds to rudely tell me, "obviously it is a contract" I then tell her I'm not interested and she sends me straight to the post call survey because she could not be bothered to say goodbye and thank you for your time. This call apparently came from headoffice as she so pompously put it.</p>
