Rude call centre agents, No help!

I've been experiencing problems with my account for the past four months, calling the cell c call center every month because of my bill. Each consultant tells me a different thing. This morning I called again and spoke to a very rude lady called Onica, such service is unacceptable and due to a lack of help tha I have recieved from cell c I will not be paying the account until the issue has been resolved!
