Rude call centre agent (Thandiwe)
How long am I going to complain about Cell C. This time is about a rude call centre agent by the name of Thandiwe. She was rude to me.. that's all I can say..listen to the recording on call *** on 30 April 2021 @ 9H44 for 8 minutes.. All the proof is there. Judge for yourself cell c..I demand an apology from this call centre agent....by the way, this is a second case of rude call centre agent from cell c..wow
