Rude Call Centre Agent
Good day
i have decided to cancel my contract with Cell C due to a rude agent from your business.This particular agent was rude to my spouse by calling her on ********** 150,However this agent called me today Jane Makapeng and was so rude and arrogant i cannot believe you speak to clients in this manner.i want the conversation to be listened too as she called me on ********** 834 today and is she the same agent that was rude to my spouse ? i cannot believe how you would speak to someone with no respect when you dont even know the person. I want to make it very clear i have decided to cancell my contracts with Cell C due to this rude staff
