Rude Call Centre Agent
I called the Cell C call center today to query a billing issue. The consultant was rude and arrogant. His tone was pathetic and asked me condescending questions. He than had the nerve to laugh at me. I eventually hung up on him. Pathetic service. I should have never agreed to renew my contract with them. Dissatisfied customer
