Rude call center agents
I have been a contract holder for the past 4/5 years and i have 3 active contracts with you! you received my payment every month of over ! however when i called in today to update my address i spoke to the rudest agents ever ! she spoke over me ! when i asked for a manager this agent asked me why and when i told her why she told me they can't help! Is this your customer service? i am truly disappointed.
