Rude, bad service
<p>I phoned to report deductions on my account, have 2 contracts with cell c but I have 3 deductions on my account, there are no answers to this instead promised to be given a number to call & have not been given till now.</p> <p>Again I noticed a deduction which is more than the limit I set with the call centre department then still instead of being given reason to what made it this much Im being Forced to accept something I didn't agree to in the name of terms & conditions. I have been with cell. C for over 5 years & have never came across such thing even with the t & c. Rude, bad service I got it for sure, so much for being a loyal client to this network, I think it's time to move on to other networks that are more reliable & with better access & treating their clients fairly.</p>
We apologise for the manner in which this matter was handled and for the inconvenience caused. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.

The cell c team member Moses Mo***eng phoned me, they needed proof concerning my complaint then I sent it and he went quite for days. This is really poor service from such a company that I esteemed so much but not again, I've been a loyal member for the past 8 years dual contracts but still treated like this when I stood with Cell C during times where network was a headache. They made promises they can't fulfill, very disappointed!
