Rude, Arrogant and Argumentative Representatives
I have never had a customer care agent talk over me and refused to give me details on the issue being experienced with FNB... when asking for assistance she was blatantly rude.. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified.
