Rude and useless cell c

My wife’s cell phone was ****** .I called 084135 on Saturday and Sunday and was informed via a recorded message that customer service did not work on weekends.Ehen I eventually got hold of them to apply for a sim swop I was told it would take between 4 and 24 hours.I waited out the 24 hours and then called them to inform them that I was not connected.The customer service could not help me and certainly did not seemed interested in helping me.I then had to go to a cell c shop who managed to sort things out.It is interesting that there is no one that will take a service complaint at crll c. I will certainly stop using cell c as soon a my contract ends and will not hesitate in informing as many people as possible on how useless cell c is
