Rude and unhelpful client

Thespian Moitsia from the JHB branch was extremely unhelpful. My friend had a problem with her cellc network and this agent was so impatient, he kept telling me to call back not keeping in mind that I was literally a minute away from my friend. He was rude, and definitely lacks everything needed to assist customers. He was so quick to just pass the phone...his tone shows that he is NOT customer centric and will do and say anything to push a client away
