rude and unhelpful

Got a phone on contract, 5 weeks later, the phone crashed and had to give it in for repairs. With each week passing I enquired about the repair just to get multiple answers which does not correspond with the previous one. Then a guy assisted us to sort out but also just lots of excuses. <br> I didn't know that staff communicate via whatsapp msgs with the repair department. Cause he showed us msg of the guy who he was dealing with. I called the head office customer service department to assist me, just to be transferred or to be put on hold for 15min at a time. Spoke to 5 different people and still my problem not sorted and I have to pay for a phone i don't have. The staff reaction in-store was that we should think we or the phone is special. They said we have to wait. It is the worst service ever.
