Rude and ***********

<p> </p> <p>Just had a call from a very rude advisor. She is calling to confirm debit order and payment dates. She does not listen and as a result - had I not confirmed they would have incorrectly debiting my account tomorrow. This after they tried to debit my account without any authorisation on 2 different days costing me an additional R580 to my bank account. My outstanding balance with them is R520.00!!! She cannot answer questions ? Why is she calling me if she can’t answer concerns. I have had all my contracts with only CellC since 2008... now I am seriously reconsidering moving my accounts. Second Issue - less than a year</p> <p> </p>
