Rude and disrespectful CellC employee

I called CellC today to query why my 1G data and R70 airtime which I purchased on the 22nd and 26 June 2018 respectively just finished off so quickly. I was received by one of their consultants who sounded ready to assist, but unfortunately tables turned quickly as I was instructed to look at my phone's menu. I was shouted at like a little child, I felt so disrespected. I felt as though people in the office can hear how this person was talking to me, I really felt humiliated and undermined.I have decided that I'm definitely not going to renew my contract because of this unacceptable behavior. CellC, you made this decision my behalf, thank you. I can never be disrespected for spending my money on you.
