19 Mar 2019, 14:22Issue is not yet resolved, spoke to Theodorah, call wrapped, sent her an email to request for a call back and stipulated the times that I am available. I am still waiting for the response. Theodorah confirmed I was incorrectly charged, since well I have not received feedback or this issue is not yet resolved, I will reverse the debited amount pay the correct amount using eft & I will stop the debit order and pay using eft going forth. If I am charged your debit order fees I will not pay for it, or just cancel the contract please.
