rude agent
<p>I called in to cancel a recurring data bundle that was previously loaded by the call centre I spoke to andile and she was rude did not take the time to listen to my request totally Dissatisfied that I was not helped with my request to cancel a recurring data bundle </p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
