rude agent

This agent spoke to me as if I was illiterate and didn't know what I was calling about. I have been having a problem with their network for days and each agent you speak to tells you to do something different. Nobody is coming up with a solution and this very clever agent could be bothered with my problem and asked why I was calling them and not customer service however customer service transferred me to them.
