*******/USELESS UNBLACKLISTING DEPT

I bought Cell phone Blackberry 9300 from MTN I use the phone for a while until I upgraded to Apple IPhone. When I switch back to blackberry it didn't work and I sent it back to MTN who told me my phone was blocked/blacklisted by CELL C and they gave all necessary information like number used to block my phone including ITC Ref, date the phone was blacklisted. I then went to USELESS services provider called CELL C. When I went to CellC Galleria Mall they gave me HANDSET UNBLACKLISTING REQUEST FORM which I did complete and fax to CellC on the 7th of Jan2015 and 2 hours later I got REF NO:*** and I was promise to be contacted within 2 working days. Few day later no response and when call they told me they is no feedback, they then gave me new ***.Same thing no respond. I Again send new forms on the 28th of April2015 and NEW (***) and promise to respond within 2 business days. Today is the 07th of May still I've been told they is still no feedback from Blacklisting department. So where da hell must I get help from.
