******* Service From Zinzi

The worst network provider ever, I've been complaining about a sim card that was activated for me since July 2022, I've been sent from pillar to post today when I think I've eventually hit break through , I'm directed to a Zinzi who supposedly works for the escalation department and she wants to listen to anything that I'm saying I was told I would get back fb 48hours from yesterday when I lodged the initial request , she then says she is extending it what upsets me most is how she puts the phone down to speak to her friends while I'm explaining my frustration with your services. I've used cellc for over 5 years and this has been the worst service I've received. Cancel the sim activated without my consent
